 2001 - The Company has entered into a Master Business Agreement with
 IT giant, Microsoft.
 
            -  AZTEC Software on October 2 said that it has downsized
 10 per cent of its workforce.

        - Aztec Software & Technology Services Ltd has informed  that

 -Aztecsoft Ltd has appointed Mr. Satish Menon and Mr. S R Gopalan as

 -Aztecsoft Ltd has appointed Mr. N Krishna Kumar as the Chairman &
 Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. July 29, 2008.
 
 -Aztecsoft Ltd has appointed Mr. V R Govindrajan as Additional Non-
 Executive Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. August 14,
