The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 27th
 July,1978 and was converted into a public limited company on 2nd
 November, 1985.  It  was promoted by Qualified engineers.  The
 company was admitted as a partner into a partnership firm, Accurate
 Engineering company from 1st August , 1984 and the entire undertaking
 of the firm manufacturing bearings was alloted to the company with all
 the assets and liabilities upon dissolution of the partnership firm in
 the settlement of its rights title and interest as partner .  The
 company entered into a registered Agreement with  Accurate Engineers
 for the non-exclusive use of well know and popular trade mark aec for
 the bearing manufactured by the company.
 
 The company manufactures various types of rolling bearings like ball,
 cylindrical -roller taper-roller, spherical roller and needle roller
 bearings.
