The Company was incorporated in 1964. It manufactures Carbon film
 resistors, styroflex capacitors, ceramic cores, wire wound resister
 and instruments, ceramic capacitors, trimmers, potentiometers,
 instruments, etc.  M/s Asian Electronic Components Ltd., is the

 - The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs5/-.

 - Asian Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that one of the Company's
 Bankers, namely, IDBI Bank Ltd (IDBI) vide its letter dated May 19,
 2009 have appointed Shri. Dipankar De, Deputy General Manager, MCG,
 IDBI Bank Ltd, Mumbai as its Nominee Director on the Board of
 Directors of the Company with effect from May 26, 2009.
