Arch Pharmalabs

The Company was incorporated as Merven Drug Products Private Ltd on
 2nd April, 1993 under the Companies Act, 1956.  Subsequently it was
 converted into a Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of
 Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh on
 13th September 1993.
 
 The Company is establishing facilities for the manutacture of basic
 and bulk drugs with an installed capacity of 135 M.T.s at a cost of
 Rs.1475 lacs.
