The Company was incorporated in 1936. The company manufactures,
 Amrutanjan pain balm, Anoleum, Gripe Water, Inhaler, Dermal Ointment,
 Cetomix cough mixture, Castor Oil, Swas Mints 'Salofin' tablets,
 Amrutanjan cold rub, 'Hero' Super Pain Balm, Dragon Liquid Balm.
 
 The company has concluded an arrangement for marketing of Gelax and
 Anchor brands of Isabgol with M/s Unjha Formulations in southern
 states as well as North Eastern parts of the country. 
 
 Amrutanjan Leasing & Finance Ltd & Amrutanjan Fine Chemicals Ltd are
 the subsidiary companies.
 
 2001-  Amrutanjan has announced a liberal bonus issue by capitalising
 Rs 1.6 crore reserve for the benefit of small shareholders.

 Satish Kumar as an Additional Director of the Company under Section
 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 with effect from June 25, 2009.
