ALLIANZ CAPITAL & MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED, was incorporated as a
 Private Limited Company on 30th September, 1991 under the name of
 Ashtan Capital & Management Services Private Limited.  It was
 converted into a Public Limited Company on 16th May, 1992 and the
 name was changed to
 ALLIANZ CAPITAL & MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED on 5th November 1992.
 
 The Company is a Category-I Merchant Banker registered with the
 Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).  The Company is also
 registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking
 Financial Company vide their letter no
 DFC.ND.NO.41054/05.1.1.0883/94-95 dated November 17, 1994.   The
 Company made a maiden Public Issue of its Equity Shares in February,
 1994 and is presently listed on Delhi and
 Bombay Stock Exchanges. 
 
 The Company is the brainchild of Mr. Ashwajit Singh, a Chartered
 Accountant and qualified Company Secretary (Gold Medalist).  He has
 also done his Masters in MIS from the London School of Economics,
 U.K. and is a Certified Internal Auditor from U.S.A.  He is assisted
 by a team of
 professionals comprising of Chartered Accountants, M.B.A., Company
 Secretaries, Cost Accountants and Software Professionals.
 
 The Company had started its business operations in 1990 with Project
 Advisory services and has presently grown to become an integrated
 financial services Company providing a range of financial services
 like Merchant Banking, Corporate Finance (comprising Leasing, Bill
 Discounting and Inter-Corporate Deposits), Money Market Operations,
 Equity Research, Consumer Finance, Project Advisory and Fixed
 Deposit.  The Company has got young, dynamic and professional
 manpower and experienced and eminent Board of Directors.  The Company
 has its Registered and Corporate office at New Delhi, and branch
 offices at Bombay, Madras and Chandigarh.
 
 
 2000 - Crisil has suspended the ratings assigned to the fixed
 deposit
        programmes of Allianz Capital and Management Services Ltd,
 BCL
        Financial Services Ltd. and Aravali Securities and Finance
 Ltd.
 
 2006
 
 -llianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed that Mr Samir
 Chhabra has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f.
 October 05, 2006.
 
 
 2007
 
 -Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed that the name
 of the Company has been changed from Allianz Capital & Management
 Services Ltd to Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd w.e.f. May
 22, 2007, in accordance with the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation
 received from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana,
 consequent upon change of name of the Company.
 
 2008
 
 -Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Shiam
 Sunder Lal Gupta as the Additional Director of the Company.
 
 2010
 
 - Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Harjit
 Singh Sethi as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May 29,
 2010.
