The company has been promoted by J B Advani & Co Ltd., it also
 promoted J B Advani & Co., (Mysore) Ltd and Advani Orelikon Limited,
 the combined turnover of which is around 200 crore.
 
 The company has been promoted for the manufacture and sale of
 Aluminium Collapsible Tubes, and Coated Paper Packaging (Coated
 Paper/Flexible Cartons), Metal (Tin) Cans products with printing for
 general industrial use.
 
 The Company was incorporated under the name of J B Advani Industries
 Ltd (JABIL) vide its certificate of Incorporation dated 5th October,
 1993 from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, Bombay.
 
 The company has no subsidiaries.
