1987 
 - The Company was incorporated on 13th January, as a public limited
 company and obtained certificate for commencement of business on
 28-01-1987.
 
 - The company has been promoted in the assisted sector by Shri T N
 Dureja, A K Dureja, V K Dureja and R K Rajpal.
 
 - The company has entered into a technical collaboration agreement
 with Magnetic Chemical Limited, Hong Kong, for providing process
 know-how and engineering services, assistance in procurement of plant
 and machinery and commissioning of plant.
 
 - The company has set up a project for the manufacture of video
 housing and video cassettes and video magnetic tape.
 
 1994 
 - During the year under review the company entered the capital market
 on 28th September, 1993 by issuing 56,00,000 No. of equity shares of
 Rs.10/- each for cash at part for financing part of its capital
 outlay.
 
 - A wholly owned subsidiary of Adam Comsof Ltd., has become a member
 of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited both for the debt
 market as well as the equity segment.
 
 1995 
 - During the year Mrs. Aruna Rathi resigned as director of the
 company. Mr. Pradeep Rathi resigned as Managing Director on 29th
 November, 1994 and as a Director w.e.f. 14th August.
 
 1997 
 - During the year Kolar Securities Services Ltd. ceased to Subsidiary
 as it went public in the month of March.
 
 - The Directors, Mr. I.S. Jain, Mr. S. Vardhan, Mr. B.H. Antia and
 Mr. R.B. Vaswani resigned from the Board w.e.f 23-09-96, 01-02-97,
 02-07-97 and 02-07-97 respectively due to their pre-occupation.
 
 - Mr. K.M. Shenoi Director of the Company expired on 3rd January 1997
 due to sudden heart attack.
 
 - The company intends to start research work on productivity of
 offshore software development and on employee motivation soon.
 
 2000 
 - The Company has entered into an agreement with Lecco Technologies
 of Hong Kong to market and distribute Application Tunning Tool,
 namely SQL Expert.
