 The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 29th
 April 1994, under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of
 Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryanan at New Delhi and obtained
 Certificate of Commencement ofBusiness on 2nd January 1995.
 
 The Company has been promoted Shri Anil Kumar Goel and Smt  Sadhna
 Goel.The main objects of the company interalia include `to act as
 Stock and Share Brokers and to take memberships of Stock Exchanges in
 Inida and abroad'.
 
 1995 
 
 -The Company proposes to charge 4% service charges at an average from
 its clients.
 
 -The Company proposes to act as Brokers to the Public Issues in a big
 way.
 
 -The Company issue of 35,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
 for cash at par aggregating Rs. 350.00 lacs.
 
 2000 
 
 -The Company proposes to enter into the field of information
 technology.  It Aasheesh IT Education, which will focus on IT
 education, by setting up 150 outlets through franchise route.  This
 division will collaborate with Crystal India Institute of Management
 & Technologiy approved by AICTE (Ministry of Human Resources and
 Development).  Later, the group will also enter into software
 development.
