RIL profits only within seven years from the day of commercial production will be available. Suppose other wells are explored in subsequent years and in the 7th year it strikes oil and oil comes out in the seventh year will be entitled to tax holiday only for 1 year. If it strikes oil in the eighth year no tax holiday will be available.
