I wish there was a roadmap to reduce the fiscal deficit from 6.8% to 3%--the FRBM target. Second I wish he had talked about any mechanism to enhance a foreign direct investment. Third is that I wish he had talked about the need to utilize all the subsides and the financial have that he intends to give to the poor people is utilized more effectively. I wish he had talked about a mechanism to utilize these things more effectively.
