The market does not like the short-term capital gains tax rise but I think some quarters expected it. On the whole, I would think it is a great Robin Hood exercise for four years the market benefited from lot of its measures. This is the first time that the market is paying something and lot of money has gone to the poor farmers. So on the whole I am very happy with it.
