1. The above Financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 30, 2009.

2. The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend @ Rs.0.35 per share on the face value of Rs. 1/- each being 35 % (Previous Year - 30%), subject to approval of Share Holders.

3. The Company signed Joint Venture Agreement with Schoeller Arca Systems, Netherlands on June 05, 2009 to introduce wide range of Plastic Returnable (Muti Trip) Packaging and Material Handling Solutions.

4. NED´s (Subsidiary) battery Expansion project at Panoli (Gujarat) commenced commercial production in end March´09 ahead of the schedule.

5. Figures of previous periods have been regrouped / rearranged wherever considered necessary.
