1. The above unaudited financial results (Provisional) were reviewed by the Audit Committed and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 30, 2009.

2. The quarterly results are subject to Limited Review by the Statutory auditors of the Company.

3. The Company operates in two segments viz stuff toys and textiles. However, the capitals employed in the segments are interchangeable hence not segregated.

4. Previous year´s figures have been regrouped and reclassified, wherever necessary.
