1. The above financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board Of Directors in their meeting held on June 30, 2009.

2. Provision for tax for the current year amounting to Rs.26.77 Lakhs have been made U/s 115JB of Income Tax Act,1961.

3. The Company operates in three segments, Steel, Paints and Power.

4. Figures of the previous period/quarter have been regrouped/rearranged, wherever necessary.
