1. The aforesaid Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on April 27, 2009 and the same were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on April 27, 2009.

2. The Group is principally is engaged in single business segment viz., the business of providing Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) solutions and the revenue attributable to locations of customers.

3. The Standalone Quarterly results are subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

4. Other expenditure includes an amount of Rs 9.82 Crores on account of Employee Compensation expenses for ESOS 2007 Scheme. Tax expenses include an amount of Rs 5.35 Crores on account of Fringe Benefit tax on ESOS 2007. The Basic & diluted Earning per share for the Quarter ended March 31, 2009 would have been higher by Rs 5.23 & Rs 3.95 & for the Year ended March 31, 2009 by Rs 5.36 & Rs 4.02 respectively without the above referred expenditure.
