1. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 28th May, 2009.

2. The company has commissioned a 25 MW Power Plant during the year which has taken the total power generation capacity of the company to over 100 MW.

3. Figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary.
