1. After Capitalisation of exploration expenses amounting to Rs 173/- lacs, of Baola and Modhera Field under the head "Capital Work in Progress".

2. Previous Year figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary.

3. The entire operations of the Company relate to only one segment viz. Oil and Gas.

4. The above results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 15, 2009.
