1. The Board of Directors have recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.10 per Equity share for the year 2008-09.

2. The Company´s operations consist of Construction / Project activities and there are no other reportable segments under Accounting Standard 17.

3. Figures have been regrouped to facilitate comparison wherever necessary.

4. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2009.

5. The Consolidated Financial Results include results of all the Subsidiaries and Associates of Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd and are prepared in accordance with AS-21, AS-23 & AS-27.
