1. The Company operates in only one segment, namely Automotive Components.

2. The above unaudited financial results were reviewed and recommended by the audit committee on April 25, 2009 and approved by the board of directors on April 27, 2009 and a limited review of the same has been carried out by the statutory auditors of the company.

3. Corresponding figures for three months ended March 31, 2008 have not been furnished since the equity shares of the company were listed on stock Exchanges Effective October 01, 2008.

4. The figures for the previous periods have been regrouped wherever necessary to conform to the current year’s classification.
