1. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 19, 2009.

2. Figures for current year are for 18 months and as such they are not comparable with the previous year figures which are for 12 months.

3. Figures have been regrouped wherever necessary.
