As per Accounting Standard (AS) on Consolidated Financial Statements - As 21, Accounting for Investment in Associates - As 23 & Financial Reporting of Interests in Joint Ventures - As 27, the Subsidiaries, Associates & Joint Ventures of the Company are considered for the Consolidated Results of the current year.

2. Previous figures are regrouped wherever necessary to make them comparable with those of Current Year.

3. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2008.
