1. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 25, 2006 took the above un-audited financial results on record.

2. The Compensation Committee at the meeting held on April 25, 2006 granted 5,50,000 stock options to the eligible employees under Employees stock Option Scheme 2001 at market price, in accordance with the guidelines issued by SEBI.
