 1.  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
 Additional Information in pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs 3 &
 4 of part II of the Schedule VI of the Companies Act. 1956:-
 
 a). Quantitative Information regarding stock is enclosed separately.
 
 2.  Figures of the previous year are regrouped and rearranged wherever
 necessary to make them comparable with current year figures.
 
 3.  In the opinion of management the Current Assets Loans & advances
 are of the value state if realized in the  ordinary course of business.
 
 4.  The Company has not received any intimation from suppliers
 regarding their status under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
 Development Act. 2006 and hence disclosures, if any, relating to
 amounts unpaid as at the year end together with interest paid/payable
 as required under the said Act have not been given.
