Related Party relationship have been identified by the management and
relied upon by the auditors.

4. leases:.
Operating Lease: Assets subject to operating leases are included in
fixed assets. Lease income is recognised in the Profit and Loss Account
over the Lease term. Costs, including deposits are recognized as an
expense in the Profit and Loss account. Initial direct costs such as
legal costs, brokerage costs, etc. are recognized immediately in the
Profit and Loss Account.
5. information related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Act, 2006 (Act) has been determined to the extent such
parties have been identified on the basis of information available with
the Company. There is no outstanding balance due to such parties at
period end. (Previous year Nil}.
6. Segment Information:
Segment Information as per AS-17 is given Annexure I
7. The Company''s shares are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd
(''BSE''). On January 18,1999, BSE has suspended the trading in the
Company''s shares on account of non compliance with Listing Agreement
with BSE. However the application for revocation of suspension is in
process.
8. The financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2011 have
been prepared as per the then applicable, pre revised schedule VI to
the companies act, 1956. Consequent to the notification of Revised
Schedule VI under the Companies Act, 1956, the financial statements for
the year ended March 31, 2012 are prepared as per revised Schedule VI.
Accordingly, the previous year''s figures have also been reclassified to
confirm to this year''s classification. The adoption of revised Schedule
VI for Previous year''s figures does not impact any recognition and
measurement principles followed for preparation of financial
statements. |
