Notes 1.1 The Company has one class of shares referred to as equity
 shares having a par value of Re 1 each. Each shareholder is is entitled
 to one vote per share held. The Company has no holding, subsidiary or
 associates company. There is no fresh issue, Bonus issue, ESOP issue,
 conversion, buy back and other changes in the share capital (including
 in previous year) has taken place. No shares are reserved under any
 option. The Company has not declared the dividend.
