1. Loans and advances - Rs 20,90,48,405/- includes: -
 
 (a) A sum of Rs, 68,17,898/- out standing from a Company in respect of
 sale of assets, which amount, in the opinion of Directors are good of
 recovery.
 
 (b) A sum of Rs. 20,22,00,000/- paid to a Company as advance for
 setting up a unit of Gold / Jwellery as per the agreement executed with
 the said Company.
 
 All the above loan amounts have been given for the business
 purpose/outstanding for business transaction only and hence they are
 non-bearing interest and subject to their balance confirmations.
 
 2.  INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PART II OF SCHEDULE VI OF
 THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956 (VIDE NOTIFICATION DATED 30TH OCTOBER 1973 OF
 THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS/GOVERNMENT OF INDIA)
 
 As during the year no Trading or Manufacturing Activities have been
 carried out by the company the matters are not applicable.
 
 3.  Previous years figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever
 necessary to confirm to the current year classification.
