1. CONTINGENT LIABILITIES
 
 Contingent liabilities amounting to Rs. 55,900 (previous year Rs.
 55,00,000) towards Bank Guarantee given by Syndicate Bank, Gandhinagar,
 Banglore.
 
 2. The Company has acquired land from MIDC on lease for a period of 95
 years duly registered in the name of the Company.
 
 3. Liability towards machinery taken on lease Rs. 4,09,54,088 of which
 Rs. 1,09,61,352 is payable within one year.
 
 4. There are no dues to Small Scale Units.
 
 5. Of the total subscribed equity shares of 63,02,500 of Rs. 10/- each
 34,03,291 shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid are held by the holding
 company Mysore Breweries Limited.
