 registered total income of Rs.  37.99 lacs and in net
 profit of Rs. 10.56 lacs for the year 1994-95. Your
 Directors have recommended dividend @12% on enhanced
 Capital for the year 1994-95.

 your company is quite hopeful to maintain the growth of the
