1. Balance of sundry creditors, debtors and sharafi loans
 given/accepted by the company are subject to confirmation.  The
 adjustment if required shall be made on receipt of the same.
 
 2. There were no employees who were in receipt of remuneration of
 Rs.6,00,000/- or more per annum or of Rs. 50,000/- or more per month.
 
 3. Earning in foreign currency during the year is Rs. 2,172.50 and
 expenditure in foreign currency is Rs. 2,81,220/-.
 
 4. Previous 3 period's figures have been regrouped/rearranged wherever
 necessary.
 
 5. There are no dues payable to S.S.I. units outstanding as at the end
 of the year.
