 2.  Capital work In progress consists of pre-operative expenses of Rs.
 5,167,382 (P. Y.2,555,836) pending for allocation.
 
 3.  The previous financial years figures have been regrouped and/or
 rearranged wherever necessary.
 
 4.  In the absence of necessary information relating to the suppliers
 registered as Micro, Small and medium enterprises under the Micro,
 small and medium Enterprises (Development) Act, 2006. The Company has
 not been able to identify such suppliers and the information required
 under the said act could not be complied and disclosed.
 
 5.  Foreign currency exposures that are not hedged by derivative
 instruments as on 31st March 2008 amount to Rs.9,05,89,593.
