 (A) Auditor's Remuneration
 
 Statutory Audit Fees: Current Year Rs.16,800
 
 Previous Year Rs. 16,800
 
 (B) Deposits from lessees amounting to Rs.28,12,727 (Previous year
 Rs.29,51,737) are contractual interest free security deposits and are
 adjustable on transfer of leased assets.
 
 (C) During the financial year amount received from a lessee of
 Rs.2,33916/- out of Rs.39,866/- has been adjusted against advance paid
 for legal expenses.  The balance amount of Rs.1,94,050/- is credited to
 lease charge account.
 
 (D) Some of the balances of loans and advances, debtors and Loans are
 as per books and subject to confirmation.
 
 (E) Previous year's figures have been recast or recharged wherever
 found necessary to confirm to this year's presentation.
 
 (F) As required by the Notification No. GSR 129 (E) dated 22nd
 February, 1999 issued by the Department of Company Affairs, Ministry of
 Law, Justice and Company Affairs a list is given of the different small
 scale undertaking to which the company owes Rs.1.00 lac and above which
 are outstanding for more than 30 days is NIL.
