 Considering the organisation structure, the investment business is
 considered as a single segment in accordance with the Accounting
 Standard AS-17 Segment Reporting.
 
 5. Related Party Transactions:
 
 The Company has no Related party as defined under the Accounting
 Standard AS-18 Related Party Disclosure.
 
 6.  The Company is a Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC). However,
 this being the first financial year of the Company, the process with
 regard to registration of the Company as a NBFC with Reserve Bank of
 India would be commenced after the first audited accounts.
 
 7.  This being the first financial year of the Company (May 17, 2007
