1. As none of the employees have completed the minimum length of
 service as provided in the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, no provision
 for Gratuity is required to be made.
 
 2. Debit/ Credit Balance of the Party Subject to Confirmation.
 
 3. In the opinion of the Board, the current assets, loans and advances
 are approximately of the value stated, if realized in the ordinary
 courses of business.  The provisions for all the known liabilities and
 depreciation are adequate and not in excess of the amount reasonably
 required.
 
 4. Previous Year's figures have been regrouped / recast whenever
