 1. Terms Loan from SICOM secured by first legal mortgage of loan entire
 present and future fixed Assets of the Company at Murbad, MIDC area,
 Thane hypothecation of the Plant and Machinery, Electric Installation
 Furniture & Fixture, vehicles and others movable assets of the Company
 and floating charges on all the other assets of the Company.
 
 2.  Cash credit secured by hypothecation of all stock and Book debts
 and personnel guaranty of the Directors.
 
 3.  Previous year figure have been regrouped / rearranged wherever
 necessary in conformity with current years grouping.
 
 4. The contingent liabilities not provided for in respect of :
 
 Letter of Credit outstanding Rs. NIL (Previous year Rs. 25,00,000/-)
